What we collect
When you request a free 3-day pass, book a consult, or contact us through a form on this site, we collect the name, phone number and email address you enter. We also record which page or ad you arrived from, so we can understand which of our marketing is working.
When you visit the site we collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, including pages viewed and general location. These services set cookies.
How we use it

- To answer your enquiry
- To tell you about memberships, pricing and gym news
- To measure how well our advertising performs
Text messages
If you give us your phone number on the pass request form, you agree to receive text messages from us about your pass and about membership. Message frequency varies; you will receive no more than five messages relating to a single pass request. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or call (904) 329-1040.
We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We use Twilio only as the technical provider that delivers the messages. They do not use your number for their own purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
- Our text message provider (Twilio) and form provider (Formspree), purely to deliver the service
- Our gym management system (ABC Fitness), to manage passes and memberships
- Analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta), for the website measurement described above
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and pass request records for as long as needed to run the gym and meet our record-keeping obligations. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
